I feel like it has become hard to follow actual discussions on PRs with so many integrations commenting. Not sure why GitHub hasn't given them a dedicated integration rather than everyone just using comments.

part of the issue is that job results are capped at 10 at a time, so if there are more than 10 lints/errors they just aren't shown 🫠

I was saying this to someone the other day I really wish there was a proper integration system so package previews, AI reviews, changesets, etc all get grouped together and collapsible separate from actual user comments

Yes! I feel like integrations should live in a separate space, and be able to do more (like render interactive UI instead of relying on HTML/Markdown).
