Today, i was telling this story to a coworker, and they were like "that'd dumb, it happened to all of us"... I had to remind them i was 2 when it happened, and all my entire introduction of it my entire life has been shitposts and memes

i have to relearn this lesson every year bc i nearly exclusively work with ppl 35 and up. then i explain that most folks in their mid 20s and earlier are desensitized to it because we were made to watch the footage in school as kids and their jaws drop
