America is dead. We have a vile, disgusting orange clown king. If Jesus himself came down and ran as a Republican I wouldn’t vote for him. So sad, sick of these greedy, disgusting heartless pieces of garbage.

Paper cut after paper cut after papercut; every day with each court case that is adjudicated by the courts allowing a provision or two while preventing a bulk of the challenge still weakens the Constitution of the U.S.A.. Either way, the people lose a little freedom which should scare us all.

Don’t blame Ginsberg for the failure of the Supreme Court to uphold and protect the Constitution. And don’t forget that the Senate Republicans blocked Obama’s Supreme Court Nominee from even being considered which was completely unprecedented.

I’m no lawyer, but I had always understood our legal system was based on past precedents? In the last several years under this SC it seems to have become completely random. When Robert’s says the rule of law is under attack I hope he’s looking in a mirror

I think the occasional court win is giving people a false sense of security - Trump is strangling your democracy and not much is being done about it. Unfortunately, he’s having his way with the country faster than he’s tanking the economy.

I hope you guys are getting ready to bunker down so you can keep reporting. I hope you know some radio people. This is only the *beginning* of the end.

I feel like we are at the point where SCOTUS, Federal, and State courts can only say the Trump administration ignored their court orders. That’s it…nothing more…they just acknowledge Trump doesn’t care, and move on

It’s time ‘the people’ organised themselves to protect communities. Mass protests country wide, civil disobedience campaigns, in their fuckin faces. It could very well turn ugly but if we don’t consent to their governance & aggressive policing tactics, then they won’t be able to have control of us.

What other septegenerian living in Florida gets listened to when they make outlandish claims about bogeymen and unfair oversight? Wouldn’t your healthcare system, even in Florida, just nod and wheel him back to his room? Let’s try it…

It's not as if they are actual judges, when their opinions are rendered prejudicial with contempt. That is why I use the, less than sign,( <supreme court). As to question supremeness. No a longer earned title.

Humphrey's Executor decision: "The Court held that Congress could restrict the President's removal power when officials are performing quasi-legislative or quasi-judicial functions...The Court emphasized that the president's power to remove is primarily for those engaged in purely executive roles"
