Two decades ago, billionaire spending accounted for just 0.3 percent of federal campaign contributions. Now the 300 families we examined are giving an average of $10 million each — equivalent to the combined voice of roughly 100,000 typical donors. 2/7

In examining data around the country, we found: • one race had 87% of its contributions come from billionaires • one candidate received money from 64 billionaires • one billionaire family accounted for 21% of an entire state’s contributions 3/7

This story explores the power of billionaire money to aid candidates on both the left and right, including: Tim Sheehy (Montana), Mike Johnston (Denver), Dave Sunday (Pennsylvania), JB Pritzker (Illinois), Joe Lombardo (Nevada) and other races. 4/7

I don't know where you got information that says Pritzker got money from rich people. He self financed his campaign. You realize he is independently wealthy? Seems like maybe you didn't really look up what you state. www.opensecrets.org/officeholder... OpenSecrets.org:

When I check a candidate out for State offices especially I check their donors if anybody's giving them over $10,000 I start to question their ethics.

Think you don't need to donate to campaigns? Think again! Do you think the Uber rich will run the Country to benefit you or themselves. They make the majority of the US population poor and helpless and their servants and Trump and MAGA are helping the rich get richer...and the rest of US poorer.
