The next 4 months are a slog, but once we pass the winter solstice, my mood and optimism grow with every day.

I must be the weird one... My mood improves during Autumn and Winter. 🤔

Never know if I should bring tea forward an hour or do it incrementally by quarter hours or just say "fuck it" and eat at seven 🤷‍♂️

I just eat whenever I get actually hungry in the evening. I never have a tea time. 🤣

Same. Usually around 9pm.
