Exactly! I understand the resolution being put forward to put them on record, but it’s essentially another “tersely worded letter”. This Congress and ESPECIALLY the GQP are absolutely fucking useless.

@mikelevin.org since congress is supposed to control the purse and authorize war, this should not have been necessary. Unfortunately, we are now in a situation where we cannot just walk away. The #GOP is not serious.
