Yeah! If android 16 QPR1 shows anything, any of the blurry half-Transparent additions would just get undone the moment you toggle battery saver or reduce transparency in accessibility settings

Honestly, it’s a great update. I loaded it up and I’m impressed with how each icon pops. It does have the heating up issue as well as the low brightness, lag, and stuck in App Library issues. It’s honestly gorgeous. Stick a gradient or photo wallpaper and your icons feel more connected than before.

I've been complaining to AccuWeather for ages for almost the same reason 😅 I tell them: screens have colors, use them. They keep doing the whole interface in white and blue 🤷🏻‍♂️ I wouldn't expect that from Apple though. I hope it's optional.

Apple + Choice never go hand in hand. But this glass thing is more like another option to Light and Dark modes but im not sure if you can turn it off entirely or only on certain aspects. Ultimately, you will love it and have no choice because Tim Apple said so

Im sure people with low vision love having to have other people set up their devices for them because multi-billion dollar corporations don't care about first-hand accessibility. "theres an option that makes it accessible" MF how are you supposed to GET THERE?
