two eggs, whisked

green onions, finely sliced on the diagonal as a garnish

defrosted shrimp, tossed in a mix of white pepper, salt and corn starch

MSG and white pepper measured out, 1tsp and 3/4 tsp respectively

The stage is set, the curtains drawn, the cast aflutter, the orchestra warming up deliciously in the pit, the show is about to begin
