you KNOW I prepped that rice earlier, it's chilling in the fridge

chopping up the alliums, 2 shallots 3 cloves of garlic

two eggs, whisked

green onions, finely sliced on the diagonal as a garnish

defrosted shrimp, tossed in a mix of white pepper, salt and corn starch

MSG and white pepper measured out, 1tsp and 3/4 tsp respectively
