A lot of people are fighting over whether or not watching a video of someone's death makes you a better activist or person and I would like to gently suggest that what you do in response to the video's existence is what matters, whether you watched it or not.

The only reason to watch the video is if you are having trouble deciding which version of the facts to believe. The evidence is there for people to make up their own minds.

I have no idea what we should all be doing. I don't think our brains and nervous systems are built for a boring day on social media, much less a day like this, much less the 360th day like this in a row. Maybe do whatever helps you take action and keep your eyes on your own paper, idk.

It's not necessary for everyone to watch a clearly upsetting video to make them a better activist. In the '70s, There was a TV show called "The World at War." A documentary about WW2. There were many upsetting sequences. It was my first exposure to the crimes of the Nazis. It was horrifying.
