August 1986 diagnosed HIV+. In January 1999 diagnosed with AIDS. Seroconversion most likely took place in April 1985 after a needle stick injury I got while giving a patient an IV infusion. If it weren't for research funded by democratic administrations, I wouldn't be typing this today.
