In dementia care, practitioners avoid using logic & reason because the disease physically damages the parts of the brain responsible for these functions. Attempting to use "common sense" or logic often leads to frustration, anxiety, & increased agitation for both the caregiver & the patient.

Christianity as interpreted by the MAGA movement and the political right has NOTHING to do with Christ. Maybe this image is a bit too profane even for them but let’s not forget he had a “spiritual counsellor” comparing his life and tribulations to the ones of Jesus a few weeks ago. No one objected.

He is so full of shit. He got blowback (and rightfully so), and is soft-shoeing w/ the usual excuses… You got it wrong, you losers, I was being nice….Fake News…yada yada. He’s degraded to the mentality of a 10 yr old, WITH ACCESS TO THE NUCLEAR CODES, and MUST be removed from the Oval Office.

The headline is hilarious. So that's how trump thinks doctors dress. And the lighting, and the praying characters are just a typical OR day. The sad part is that his cult members will believe it.

To be fair, my doctor also heals me by placing his hand on my forehead while holding a glowing orb in his other hand. I can tell the healing is working when my forehead also glows. He is also usually accompanied by angels, eagles and usually a fighter jet I can totally see how he’d confuse the two

No one really believes he is smart enough to actually create something like this. He may have directed an aide to do it, and he posted it. But come on, he can’t even put an entire sentence together, much less write one good enough to make art like this.
