I have sort of met Jesse Jackson. He came to visit my boss, and his big strong team of aides/bodyguards stood in the outer office with my colleague and me asking for Coke and commenting on the old fashioned bottles. (He said hello to us and then goodbye, so that is sort of meeting him!)

Liberals' fear of Jesse Jackson is why we've had so many terrible Presidents. They instituted appointed delegates because they don't trust voters, and they would do anything to stop progressives. The Democratic Party became undemocratic and anti-democracy. Donald Trump is the result.
