These individuals care only about money. Super heavy duty fines comparable to the value of the trees would likely bankrupt the company.

I'm not an arborist or even a Master Gardener, but I lost an old growth tree from my yard a few years ago and it looked to be approximately the size of the one in the photograph, mine was almost 400 years old. Like I said it would help to be close but they're old.

Based on the footage these are healthy trees. There should be an order to replant larger trees from a nursery at government expense and whoever violated the order should pay a fine and lose their job.
