he fucking compared me to my mom again. i have told him. so. many. times. never to fucking do that. it is genuinely the most hurtful fucking thing he has ever done and he has done it on several occasions. for reference, my mom, who i am no contact with, is bipolar and schizophrenic (1/2)

as well as abusive to my dad and to her current partner. most of my issues stem from how she raised me before my dad got custody of me and my sister. it is genuinely the most disrespectful, hurtful thing he can do to compare me to that person. i really just fucking cant anymore.
