Post

Holy crapoli what a blast from the past! I had completely forgotten about this, thank you for reminding me of it and bringing me a smile!

I love this song! I've been listening it for 20 years!

I remember finding this when it was just 2 or 3 episodes and thinking it was cute, but then I completely forgot the series existed until seeing this post. I'm so glad someone reminded me so I could finally watch the rest.

As somebody who's watched this for the first time only today, this held up pretty damn well

Oh my god...my grey hairs are coming in- Still love this series. <3

If memory serves, this was around the same time as the video for "Everyone Else Has Had More Sex Than Me".

bringin me back

Huh, total eyebrow raise. My only previous exposure to this song was an MP3 preloaded on a cheap USB MP3 player I bought 20+ years ago. I've never heard it in any other context, but here it is. o_o

I was randomly thinking about this yesterday!

i still think of them

I feel like a memory unlocked cause I'm pretty sure I watched this when I was 5. It's still so cute to this day.

Core memory unlocked omg

I was 8 when this came out...

this series meant SO much to me growing up 🥹💚

I can still remember the absolute emotions I felt at part 4, so many many years ago - that hit me so, so hard when I was a kind. The song from it is still utterly burned into my brain. www.youtube.com/watch?v=90v7...

I watched this a long time ago. Not when it was originally released, a couple years ago. I still really like the track Happy Birthday to Me by Bulldog Mansion wich i heard from this for the first time.

I watch this every year. It's amazing and always will be. I didn't know they made an extra episode but it didn't have the same feel. It's stil very good. A little confusing at first.

I can still hear this song in my head all those years later haha.

Man, that takes me back.

damn, I remember when this was new.. I need to go lie down

I still remember wanting to show it to a friend and him thinking it was lame. NO TASTE.

I bought the Witches albums cuz of this LOL

Oof, kicked me right in the old.

My high school days! Before YouTube! o.o

:3

Cannot overstate how much they changed me

I have my volume turned off, but the tune kicked off instantly 😌

One of my absolute favorite classics of all time!

And thus Beastars was born

I remember when this came out.... www.tiktok.com/@luzandamity...

memories <3

And the song has been in my head for 22 years

I was in my first animation class in high school when this came out. Even to this day, I still love and enjoy the series.

There's a kid at my animation school who said, this cartoon he saw on newgrounds short the reason why he wanted to do animation. This cartoon inspired a new generation of animators. i'm blown away.

I remember when this was actively releasing and waiting for the next parts to drop. Still a great series. <3

Wow this aged me real quick

This animation was so huge for me. What an amazing piece of work! 😍😍😍

Good lord. I remember that series. It's so good

I just introduced my partner to that last year.
