I loved Bioware like everyone else, but the games people talk about didn't even come out this DECADE. I played 70 hours of Anthem. I played 100 hours of Andromeda. I was an advocate for those games and the few things they did right. But Bioware wasn't even the same Bioware people grew up with.

That "Bioware magic" is finally out of mana. With Anthem, Andromeda, and Veilguard, they've been putting out sub-par quality games for over a decade. Management has killed these games. Bioware is not the studio you loved with Mass Effect and the early Dragon Age. This isn't shocking to me.

If you suspect gen aI, read the discussions. Read negative reviews. Someone might bring it up with sources. Steam needs to make disclosures absolutely required (at minimum). Generative AI shouldn't be even on the platform. Remove all games that use it and Steam would immediately be better off.

When it comes to Pokemon Vs Pals, overall I prefer Pal designs because almost all of them remind me of the simplistic, smoother gen 1 and 2 designs, where Pokemon has 9 generations of Pokemon but many of them are pretty ugly. One of the reasons I never liked most Digimon. Angles and metal.

I want to play Deadlock but it's a genre I can't stand, especially with the item buying system. But the characters are cool and it's Valve. Maybe one day I'll give it a try...
