The Caps won the Stanley Cup on a Thursday night and besides sleeping I was never more than an hour between drinks until the following Monday (helped by a fortuitously timed morning wedding reception that Saturday that was in the area). Although that was only skipping one day of work.

Actually the biggest impediment to this might be that they run the city out of alcohol before the game kicks off
