I was hitting 500 every time I tried to cancel my reservation with them without a „+” sign in my email address. Sending them a message had helped though.

They're not urlencoding your email address. Not technically a bug so much as a logic failure.

They are URL encoding it, but then on the server they are doing something weird and converting %2B to a space. They are however _not_ double-decoding, because %252B gets decoded to %2B and not to a +.

- All of their email addresses bounce when I try to contact them, with their email server giving an error that "The account <my email address> is disabled" - Their phone customer service are the most useless people possible, and are just able to tell me to either do it on the website or via email :/

Oh and their contact form on the website gives an internal server error

Use percent encoding for the + sign ? If you really think it gets converted to a space. Wouldn't be the first time to encounter systems where signing up works with a + in the email but some secondary system (support, payment, shipments) give an error that the email is invalid 😔.
