- Hit a merge conflict. Of course. Spent 20 minutes diff-wrangling files I didn’t even touch. For accuracy. - PR is merged. CI/CD ready to do its thing. Except it doesn’t. - Cloudflare picks this exact time for a regional outage. Cool.

- Backend is already live. Frontend is still chilling in staging. Sync issues now in production. Delightful. - I go to the lake to reflect on life and poor timing. - 20 minutes later: Deploying to prod from my phone. At this point, why not.
