IT'S OFFICIAL: HB 2873 WAS VETOED! Thank you to Governor Hobbs and the community for stopping this bill! 🙌 This bill would have allowed referendum petitions to be withdrawn after filing, specifically targeting Marana residents after their fight against a proposed data center development.
