Tucson Council meeting Wed 8/5, 5:30pm! The docs from the planning process are here: bit.ly/cot-dc-zoning. Most relevant are Ordinance 12268, (what they'll vote on), and Attachment G, the map which shows us where it'll be possible for developers to apply for with the new regulations in place.⁩

Looking at attachment G, am I understanding it correctly that the areas outlined in red are considered safe for potential data center development? I'm confused since it seems to overlap with Summit, the residential area just south of TIA.
