They're not being phased out till 2030. The replacement Boxers have only just started to be delivered. The fate of the remaining 279 is NOT undecided, it's just that they can't be disposed of until the new vehicle is in place

Yes, plus the number that are decommissioned each year. Currently the plan is only to produce 60 Boxers a year to replace Warrior. A much better solution would be to accelerate Boxer production to free more Warriors for Ukraine
