Oh my fcking god! Seems this generaion of politicans and decision makers are too influenced on soap operas when they grew up, bc they act like the participants in these serials - repeating the same senteces weeks and months and years...and no actions. Its annoying as fcking hell!

Once Trump gives the green light? Just pass it. Do your job.

Don't hold your breath...

🤣🤣

🥱

They all accept him as the dictator. These people have no business being part of an elected body.

Senate is weak!

We could do this and that, only if our dictator would give us the permission. This is unbelievable crap.

Like the fanta fascist is going to give the green light. In what kind of fantasy world do these people live in?!

yeah, keep waiting for that "green light"

A country asleep at the wheel. The world must not forget this ignorance.

How is he not SOH or more prominent in the party, that's actually respectful?!

Are the Republicans stupid, or are they pretending? Trump's green light? But it's Putin's green light they're waiting for, because the orders come from the Kremlin to the WH. When Trump says go, it means it's coming from Putin, so it'll never come! It's still crystal clear.

Trump won't give the green light, he loves Putin too much. Nearly as much as he loved his best friend Epstein.

But you're doing nothing, John. How stupid do you think we are?

"Once President Trump gives them the green light".... that's NOT how US works. Article 1 powers of Congress have been ceded to Article 2.

'Senate Majority Leader John Thune says Republicans are ready to pass a sanctions bill against Russia—once Traitor Trump gives the green light. “We must do everything possible to help Free Ukraine succeed and pressure Fascist Russia to come to the negotiating table,” Thune told Faux News.' Fixed 🙂👍

They all dance to TACO man's tune. Republican Senators will never live down their pathetic sniveling behavior.

Quisling coward making it clear he wouldn't move a muscle to "help Ukraine" unless his Orange God King says it's ok first.

Unfortunately don't hold your breath!

The secondary sanctions would go against the countries buying the oil from Russia, so China, India, etc.

If the Senate only does what the Führer wants, why is it still needed? Their salaries could directly flow to him, too.

Thune is WEAK

They added a clause that Trump gets to determine when and how much of the sanctions to apply. This is indeed all for show.

It takes 2/3 of both the House and the Senate to override a Presidential veto. Not sure all 83 Senators would hold, but almost certainly not going to get over 100 House Republicans to go against Trump and risk being primaried. So everyone has to play the game.
