Ukraine is urgently convening a UN Security Council meeting following Russia’s use of the Oreshnik missile in Lviv region, Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha announced. “Putin is using ballistic missiles near EU and NATO borders, this is a global threat that requires a global response,” he said.

Another video has surfaced showing what appears to be the moment of the strike in Lviv. The impacts resemble the 2024 strike on Dnipro, where Russia used an Oreshnik intermediate-range ballistic missile without an explosive charge, relying on kinetic force alone.

Yep. Countries without nukes get attacked. Ukraine and Venezuela, for examples. Ukraine even took Russian territory, and Russians only threatened nukes. So having nukes is no harm at all.
