Again. Civilians. These should not have to be exchanged. Humanitarian regimes would simply send them back. But Ukraine did not betray its people. It did all it could to get everyone Russia would allow back.

The Coordination Headquarters noted that a significant number of the military personnel released today had faced criminal prosecution by the Russian Federation and were unlawfully convicted—some even receiving life sentences. 😮

Weird how prisoners released by ICE are often frail and show signs of abuse like those released by Russia or Israel.
