I have been given a green light to start talks with potential engineer candidates. Any gamedev folks who have been affected by the layoffs please reach out. Primarily looking to get at least one engineer who specializes in mobile work (expo + react native) Details in following posts

Trying to make sure I repost anyone looking for work from the recent gamedev layoffs My company is looking for some engineers and product people. It’s not gamedev but it’s just as impactful work. We are in some weird times, so just know it’s okay to take a step away and come back when it’s better

The role is full remote first. The work itself is in healthcare, so location would have to be US for HIPAA reasons. I can say that the work that is being done is extremely impactful. Salary wise, I don’t have hard numbers but compensation would be generous. Okay tech stack: in the next post

Web: TypeScript with SvelteKit Mobile: TypeScript with Expo (React Native) API: TypeScript with Hono OpenTofu (open source terraform) AWS Also Web/Mobile/API all use NodeJS/NPM as a runtime/package manager. And we use a rebase workflow, Git CLI Some other bits and bobs but this covers it

We are a small team right now (12) so I am going through the process of getting the job posting. Though I want to give back to game devs and industry that means a lot to me. If interested please reach out on this post or a DM.
