I have to quite consciously pace myself, screw around, play video games, or I will just burn myself to the bone because all of a sudden what might otherwise be distracted downtime can instead be moving some AI project along. and I am picky enough that I'll lock back in to get it right and not relax.

Unattended agent loops solves this (note: it does not solve this, but maybe lessens it some)
