if two mods patch the same method, is there any ordering or priority to it, or is it just last-loaded-wins and good luck

order should be stable based off mod ID (I think? maybe I broke it? lol) and you can specify other mod IDs to patch before/after

what happens if two mods both declare "patch before" the other? does gdpatch catch that as a cycle, or does it just pick one and move on
