Just a note the Inflation Reduction Act (which R's want to repeal) included a section (Part 2 Sec. 11101) titled "Rebate by Manufacturers for Single Source Drugs and Biologicals With Prices Increasing Faster Than Inflation" for Medicare B R's want to give that money to Big Pharma

The drug companies raising the prices and insurance premium going up at the same time at the beginning of the year is a big hit for most of the people except the rich. Rs will say it's because of the Medicare which is total BS. Corporate greed and need for yachts for the rich. Luigi is correct

From a wide angle view, ever since the 2010's, prices increase in Jan. each yr and heavily impact high-deduct insured patients. The idea is to lock u into ur insurance plan at the end of the prev. yr, and then hike prices on Big Pharma & Big Insurance's ends for MAX profit

Some states have enacted laws to address unsupported price increases, but theres also the Medicare Prescription Drug Inflation Rebate Program and the Inflation Reduction Act but that doesn't go LIVE & DIRECT until 2026 😢

While Doc Oz was named for head of CMS, he has investments & personal ties w/ many Big Insurance and Big Pharma corps which poses potential conflicts of interest & limits trust he'll act in the public's best interests (Like w/ Dick Cheney, Halliburton & the Iraq War). The next few yrs will be fun
