80% of those on medicaid are children, elderly, and BLIND people. Benefits based on age,(65+), or on a disability comprise 1 in 4 enrollees BUT those use more than half of Medicaid spending. 2/3 of adults ages 19-64 on Medicaid ARE working, others are care givers. WHO are the work requirements for?

Those "requirements" are essentially cuts. They are avoiding the term "cuts" at all costs, but they are cuts. Whatever they do, it will cut Medicaid and affect people. I hope this reconciliation implodes, but I am pessimistic that it wil.
