Happy to see these parenting changes taking place in more communities. There is NEVER a need to use corporal punishment with children. It's a part of hierarchical and patriarchal rule that needs to end. Bravo to this artistic work.

I Googled the artist and I think it's because she's based in the Delmarva area, but who knows! Maybe she started out working at the DMV and did art in her spare time. It's weird that the article doesn't say.
