Years ago I contracted Lyme disease. It was not pleasant. Had to take antibiotics for a while. I would absolutely take a vaccine to prevent it from happening again.

I got a tick bite just from being in my Texas back yard and had to take doxycyclin (sp?). Bring back the vax and let the dumbasses get Lyme disease if they are scared of a preventative. The rest of us would like protection.

I’d take it. I do have a question though. There are lots of co-infections that are transmitted when the tick bites you. Will the vaccine address all of the others too?

Anti vaxxers won’t use it but i sure would. The anti vaccine posturing of so many people on the left and right is one of the most ridiculous things i have ever seen. Its like people who don’t ‘believe” in chemotherapy, distilled stupidity.

If people are too stupid to take a vaccine to prevent illness, they deserve to get ill. Nature will handle it. The stupid should not have a say over the rest of the population. Not producing a vaccine because idiots are anti vax is unconscionable.

Smart people take it on the first day.

Anti-vaccination has to do with evolution—survival of the fittest. Those who don't take full advantage of the opportunities available to them die out. This contributes to the preservation of the species as a whole. But anti-vaccinationists don't believe in evolution anyway.

even the places go to hunt, hunters aren't as common as they seem to think- I see way more vegans when I'm out camping. the closest they come to hunting is whipping out the camera for a bird or deer or something.
