An administrative rule doesn't negate congressional statutes, yet Trump has his minions issue them like edicts & rules this sorry country like it is his kingdom. Every day we get farther & farther from "greatness."

It is going to take many years (probably beyond my death - I’m 61) to repair the damage he has done to this country. And he’s nowhere near done yet. It’s horrifying.

It really is horrible. The Republican Party should be crushed and hauled off to the dump. And all these people running as republicans pretending to be good local citizens. STOP voting for ANY republican. NO exceptions.

Maybe we can use their definition of harm when we dismantle their business enterprises. Don't like it? But you weren't "harmed." 😁 Have a nice day, Rethuglikkklans.

"This is one of the most horrific attempts to harm wildlife in American history and a gift to the oil barons and foreign mining companies," said Aaron Weiss, the executive director of the Center for Western Priorities.

This concerns everyone on this planet as everything is interconnected. Unfortunately, it will be our children and their children that will see the worst results of this administration's environmental neglect.

Fabulous (sic) piece of legislation. Nobody thought to raise their hand and ask “shouldn’t we define what harm means?” Or if they did, the others around the conference table said don’t be ridiculous, then talked about that person over their 90 minute lunch, how dumb was that question.

Another complete screwup by Congress. Fucking define “harm” in your big endangered species act instead of letting the president or the courts decide. Congress is a total failure and trump is what crawled out of the sloppy law pond. And law firms make billions arguing what “harm” means. Insane.
