How does Lyft stay in business? I used it for the first time today, and holy crap the app is bad.

Scheduling From: <here> To: <there> No "go" button. No indication of how to proceed. I had to ask an AI, and it suggested "re-select both from and to fields" -- that worked, now it's on to "select type of car". Thanks Claude.

Outside waiting: App: "Now your driver is Steve, they have a <Honda>" Me: "ok ..." Get in with Steve On they way out of my neighborhood: I see Dave and his Toyota driving in ... What the actual fuck is going on @ Lyft? Holy shit.

New one. Checked the app to see I didn't get double-billed for two drivers. The "All" tab on the "Rides" history doesn't show anything. But if I go to the "Family" sub-tab it shows the ride. I guess "All" isn't really "All"?
