They did similar thing to me years ago. Not $81T lol. Went to close my account, the guy behind me had a deposit of like 30k+. His money ended up in my account! After I called twice to alert them, they warned me not to steal the money (duh)& still charging me monthly fees. It took months to resolve 👎
