We have pardons and a slush fund for January 6th rioters yet we arrested an Air Force Major for his free speech. We’re living in the upside down world or hell.

What is an officer supposed to do when his superiors are derelict in their duties. If Trump was in the military, which he never was, he would be court marshaled if not convicted of treason by now. Come November our military will have a choice, continue to obey when he turns you on us or defy him.

Yeah, you can't do that. Active duty must get permission to attend a political event and are absolutely barred from doing so in uniform. He's facing Courts Martial for sure and possible(probable) incarceration. They're not kidding with that stuff.

That's understandable. The military is just a different kind of entity. It has to be to guarantee good order. There are many protections for military members as well. It's a mixed bag. He made the uniform part of his political statement. Neither side has the right to do that.

Thanks. I know you can still protest while active in the military as long as it’s as a private citizen, but I forget some of the specifics. Probably “wrong” because he was in uniform, but I do think it makes a more powerful statement since the president is the head of the military.

I'm sure he was expecting that at the very least. After all, he's taking on a gangster regime that isn't at all troubled when its thugs-for-hire wearing masks and badges kill protesters in plain daylight. What's next for this man? A fall from a hospital window?
