The lawfare against me by Trump’s team continues. After losing 2x in fed court (dismissed with prejudice), Richard Grenell is appealing. We know Kash Patel helped fund it—he’s using the same lawyers to sue The Atlantic. Timing? Right after I launched my Democratic congressional campaign in Virginia.

And to think: we have a Supreme Court that seems ok with working itself out of existence! Trump has been unleashed! Trump's egregious theft of money, flipping the middle finger toe the Emoluments ruling, setting off a racist firestorm that has trashed the Voting Rights Acts, ad nausea... Revolt!

Ex-MAGA is what the word on the street. If there’s truth in that then no amount of political suffering is too much. You should just step aside and apologize profusely. Perhaps seek a spot in a nunnery as penitence.

This ongoing lawsuit by Trump & his enablers is an attempt to intimidate & silence me. They know if I'm elected to Congress in Virginia I will hold them accountable. I'm not backing down! Not now. Not ever. We will continue to fight! My attorney @markzaidesq.bsky.social will seek sanctions.

They aren’t particularly subtle, are they. They think this ham handed approach is a sign of strength, which is fortunate since they’re too incompetent to do it any other way.

the fact that none of the Congressional Republicans (and too few Democrats) speak out strongly against the destruction of an independent DOJ is a real tragedy of this period 😐🇺🇸
