The lawfare against me by Trump’s team continues. After losing 2x in fed court (dismissed with prejudice), Richard Grenell is appealing. We know Kash Patel helped fund it—he’s using the same lawyers to sue The Atlantic. Timing? Right after I launched my Democratic congressional campaign in Virginia.

This ongoing lawsuit by Trump & his enablers is an attempt to intimidate & silence me. They know if I'm elected to Congress in Virginia I will hold them accountable. I'm not backing down! Not now. Not ever. We will continue to fight! My attorney @markzaidesq.bsky.social will seek sanctions.

They aren’t particularly subtle, are they. They think this ham handed approach is a sign of strength, which is fortunate since they’re too incompetent to do it any other way.
