Who assumed that an edu. forum endorsed by Yale, specialized in linguistic attacks to decipher the Voynich couldn't have realized that any linguistic theory based on the EVA alphabet must include a translation table mapping every Voynich glyph, EVA (bas. + ext. + x) + the target language letter set?

Since linguistic theories regarding the MS Beinecke 408 generally lack tables mapping the Voynich glyphs to the "EVA" (Extensible Voynich Alphabet basic + extended + x) as substitution system + the target language alphabet, none of these theories can be verified.
