Post

Does it matter whether the film is old or new? Is there a deadline to pitching articles to you? Do you have an e-mail address for article pitches?

It does not and there is not. In fact, I've gotten a big response to this post, so I'm currently reading for pitches that won't go live until probably the middle of next year. More details (and a general email address for Exploits pitches) are here: unwinnable.com/submissions/

I think your DMs are closed here :)

is there any preference towards concurrent movies, or does it not matter?

Are submissions still open for this?

Hi about 350 words about the bizarre move “ Beyond the Valley of the Dolls??”https://share.google/images/jy3UoYgVEp3Yb07M4

Hi Orrin! Before I pitch, just for clarification: is 350 words the limit? It strikes me as rather short...

It is very short, but it is also the limit. Our layout gives us a tiny bit of wiggle room, but very little. Exploits is designed around the idea of short, punchy blurbs and quick essays that get in, have something to say, and get out. Here's a great example: unwinnable.com/2023/09/01/f...
