You can type in text and draw signatures on a PDF in the browser (because laptops have touch screens that’s really easy) and that’s what the vast majority of people need, not going in and changing a word in a PDF

Thinking it through, it doesn't make too much sense to include a PDF to DOCX/ODT converter if they don't have Microsoft Office. Nevermind, it's not an actual issue for Windows team to solve. We need to educate users to not pick up & eat random candy from the floor :)
