The point is that science is constantly evolving. Silencing people who question scientific consensus isn’t trusting the science. If it doesn’t hold up on its own merits then consensus changes.

Bullshit. If one questions, scientific consensus, then all one has to do is write a peer reviewed paper that draws on facts & verified data not feelings. There’s no scientific conspiracy to suppress opposing viewpoints…one must be prepared to present facts not untested opinions. SCIENCE is TRUTH

I don't place faith in science. I observe it works, so I trust it provisionally. Abrahamic Believers insist science is just another religion. It is not.

It is easy to separate the science ignorant from the science knowledgable in these comments. People who do not know any actual science: Science works. Science is better than religion. I trust in science. -- Heavy sloganeering... People who know science: Science can make mistakes.

I have a smallpox scar on my arm. I stood in line at my elementary school to get the Salk vaccine. I was not able to get the measles vaccine as I got measles before the vaccine existed. It was the sickest I have been in my life. Stupidity has had its day in the sun and we need to return to science

Peter Navarro is barking mad! Fauci is a national hero who guided us through a truly horrific time. Remember dead bodies being stored in trailers because morgues and undertakers could. not keep up with the death count? Coulda been more kept for Fauci. Thank you Dr. Fauci
