Heard some color that MS is targeting opening of trading around 12:30 but this appears to be firming up. *SPACEX SHARES INDICATED TO OPEN AT $170 EACH, IPO PRICE $135

for those of us who are less financially literate - why would SpX price the IPO at $135 if trading is going to open $20 or more above that? doesn't that mean they're leaving money on the table?
