Sorry Gil, you lost me with this one. Why does housing need to be on arterials - the most noisy, dangerous, polluted streets? Frankly why are you opposed to 50 storeys? 12 storeys is functionally no different than 50 in terms of accessibility and is way more efficient a land use.

Except there's no space for more humans. Birth control needs to be free first.

Why is there more housing on arterials?

Yikes. Disappointing to see someone with your background double-down on concentrating housing on arterials (I thought we were past that kind of inequitable planning), as well as opposing all high-density development even if it's immediately transit-adjacent. Also, 3 floors is far too unambitious!

??? Why do you care how tall apartment buildings are? Don’t you have something better to do? Don’t be scared of taller buildings everywhere.
