First time making Lomo Saltado and it turned out pretty good!

Wrapped the leftovers in a tortilla and made a Lomo Saltado burrito for lunch. Gonna start a food truck where this is the only item on the menu.

Tallarines Saltado tonight. Basically the same dish but with chicken instead of beef and noodles instead of fries. 😋
