If you voted Green in BC — or tried to scare others from "splitting the vote" — please know this: The NDP singlehandedly put the BC Conservatives in power last night, calling an unnecessary election that united the Right. Premier David Eby and his party have no one to blame but themselves.

Had the NDP taken every vote for the @bcgreens.bsky.social, the CP would have won a commanding 51 seats instead of their crushing 64 seats. (DM for data.) In reality, many left-leaning / youth voters inspired by @emilylowan.bsky.social would have sat it out w/o the Green alternative. 2/2
