TIL: if you inadvertently reference Microsoft.Testing.Extensions.CodeCoverage in a #dotnet class library, it will no longer pack to a nupkg with no errors or warnings. 😞

I think the dotnet CLI sees the project as a test project when Microsoft.Testing.Extensions.CodeCoverage is referenced. And test projects have a default IsPackable of false. 🫤 The default xunit3 project uses Microsoft Test Platform, which might be where this is coming from.
