What’s happening to my colleague, LaMonica McIver, is nothing short of a political witch hunt. Rep. McIver attempted to access an ICE facility in her district, to exercise her CONSTITUTIONAL oversight duties. DOJ is clearly trying to prevent Members from conducting ANY oversight of ICE facilities.

Rep. McIver needs to be acquitted, and ICE needs to know that the people’s elected representatives will not be bullied into submission. I stand with LaMonica. Today, tomorrow, and every day until this flagrant miscarriage of justice is rectified.

it’s to demand the JimCrow/KKK/GOP guy northern & western Maine voted for 3 times to be less prejudiced than your Hannah? People put immense effort into being cruel, so maybe starting smaller first would help you reach our (I agree on McIver) liberal Dem destinations without your immediate failure.

Nearly all Dem US Reps & US Senators officially cosponsor #DCstatehood, but Hannah rejects pledging pro #DCstatehood, so rejects nearly all Dems to side GOP & “GOP voting” DSA hardliner new candidates. Try building up support for black women’s equality with the people you know best.
