I can’t recommend Notability for iPad notetaking any more. They have decided to kill iCloud syncing of notes and replace it with their own proprietary cloud sync service. So they want my personal writing on their servers? I don’t trust them. What if they go under? It all breaks.

An email to support HAS shown me how to turn off their proprietary cloud and go back to iCloud. Discoverable it isn’t, so I’m sharing it here in case it’s useful to anyone else! (At step 4 I didn’t restart device, just force quit the app and restarted it)
